Toon Control
This deck focuses on the great effects of Toon Masked Sorcerer to draw into your Spells and Traps and Toon Gemini Elf to make sure your opponent plays with no hand. While these monsters are frail by themselves, with Toon Kingdom, they become nearly indestructable. Without a way to destroy Toon Kingdom, your opponent will find themselves helpless against your indestructable monsters that not only give you massive card advantage but also chip away at your opponent's Life Points through direct attacks.
Through Toon Table of Contents, Toons have the ability to search their entire Deck. Through Contents, you will most often be searching for either Toon Kingdom or Toon Mask, which is used to Special Summon either of your Toon monsters.
While this deck is very linear, it can apply very serious pressure to your opponent if they don't have a way to get rid of Toon Kingdom. It's not uncommon to have a field of two Toon Masked Sorcerers and a Toon Gemini Elf. You'll often find that through Masked Sorcerer's drawing, you'll be gaining drawing more Traps than you can use.
The Extra Deck, while very rarely used, is comprised of a wide variety of Rank 4 Exceed Monsters to counter any threat your opponent may have. Constellar Diamond is included to combat Shaddolls.
