You may have noticed some pretty drastic spikes recently - around 500% increases! Even crazier is that the cards that spiked in the TCG spiked due to cards that not only aren't even out in the TCG, but aren't even out in the OCG.

The two cards that spiked were Agnimazud and Bahrastos, due to the new True Kings coming out in Maximum Crisis. The deck revolves around powerful Wyrm monsters who special summon themselves by destroying monsters on the field. With their Rank 9 boss XYZ, they can even destroy monsters your opponent controls to special summon themselves.

While they may not be as incredibly strong as the Dragon Rulers, duelists are expecting them to be the next Zodiacs.

At $5, it's not very likely that either Agnimazud or Bahrastos will spike much higher, however there still are others cards you may want to consider investing in to take advantage of low prices before the deck is out in the TCG. One card is Interrupted Kaiju Slumber (click here to buy it now), a card that is no longer $0.50, but has been creeping up to around $2 over the past several months. A near staple at 3 in the True Kings deck, Kaiju slumber easily has the ability to spike past $5 once the deck is out in the TCG.

Another card to consider is Denglong, First of the Yang Zing (click here to buy it now). A likely one of staple in the deck brought out by Mare Mare, it's current price of $2.50 can easily double.

While I rarely suggest investing in Rares, Phantom Fortress Enterblathnir may be a good choice. At around $1, it easily has the ability to reach $3+ as a 1-2 of staple in the deck, being one of the only other good Rank 9s in the game besides their boss. How good will the deck be, and better yet, how much will these cards spike? We'll be finding out in the next couple of months.
