Effect Veiler is just like Maxx C in many ways. Sometimes it's a Side Deck staple, sometimes it's a Main Deck Staple. And sometimes it just isn't used at all. Of course, its usage is what determines its price.
Currently, Ultimate Veiler hasn't seen much use this format, causing its price to stumble down to around $33. Half a year ago, I was able to sell mine for $55 each after buying them at $30 half a year earlier. They were only $30 each because they weren't seeing much play, but I knew that in the future that would change.
Likewise, I'd expect the same to occur again. Effect Veiler is one of those cards that will continue to see play for a long time. Once the right format presents itself, Veiler is sure to see a spike in usage, and therefore a spike in price. I'd suggest investing in Ultis (click here to buy it now) now while they are so low, and holding on to them before their inevitable spike in the future.
