Frogs, or should I say Toadally Awesome + 30 Trap cards-deck, is a definite contender for one of he best decks of the format. It's tough to beat a deck that can churn out multiple Toadally Awesomes while also having lots of Traps to backup any attempts at running over Toad.
Of course, if you take away the Traps in the deck, you're left with just 3 Swap Frogs and 37 bricks - an unplayable mess. And that's why Jinzo is so good.
Of course, most decks don't have an easy way to summon Jinzo. ABC needs to tribute summon Jinzo, meaning they can't effectively summon it. Metalfoes need their scales up, which can easily be destroyed by Paleozoic (and not to mention Anti-Spell Fragrance). Jinzo isn't even searchable in competitive decks, meaning that you'd have to hard draw into it just to get a chance to play it.
That's why Psychic Shockwave (click here to buy it now) is so good. Whenever you play it, you effectively win against Frogs. Why use this over Decree? Jinzo not only negates the Traps, but also makes it so that Traps cannot even be activated (which Decree does not). Decree is also outed by Twin Twisters, and Dinomischus and when chained.
At a potential 3-of Side Deck option, Psychic Shockwave has the potential to really spike in price. At around $4 for an older Secret Rare that has never been reprinted, we could easily see its price spike past $15 should it see play in the competitive environment.
